The first time I saw Dr. Anil Tammineni was on November 9, 2014 in the emergency room. I was unable to walk without falling down he admitted me into the hospital were I stayed until November 11, 2014 he discharged me and I still was unable to walk. the whole time I was there he never had my Dilantin level checked and he knew I was taking it. I had to go back to the emergency room on December 23, 2014 and when Dr. Freeman checked my Dilantin level it was 41.9 and it is suppose to be 10 to 20. it was at a critical stage at that time. if Dr. tammineni had done his job I would not have had to go through what I did in my opinion he liked to have killed me by not doing his job. he was not the only doctor that saw me during that time there was a dr. Kumar Patel a neurologist and he did not check it. the were more concerned about having mri and cat scan done instead of a simple blood test. I would never use this doctor if I could avoid him. I would avoid ANMED Health if I could
