I scheduled a H&P to be examined and to let him know about my knee pain and the lump on the back of my calf. He told me that he was going to address one or the other. I had other issues that I thought could be related but he didnt want to hear about any of my problems. He told me that he didnt have time for a laundry list of issues and that he only addresses 2 issues during an H&P, even though I had scheduled a 30minute appointment. He said he did not do 30 min appointments. I started crying and told him the scheduler told me it was fine. I had already waited an hour to get into a room, then another 20 mins for him to appear. It was not my fault he was running late and frankly, he should have apologized for the wait. I was mortified & shocked that he responded the way he did & he pretty much told me he was too busy to perform an actual H&P. In the end, he charged me for an office visit ($40 copay) instead of the H&P (free). I am not paying him a dime and Im waiting for manager to call
