Ratings for Dr. Naji J. Haroun

Let me just start off by saying this is by far the worst doctor I have ever been to in my life. I was in a bad car accident 2 weeks ago and my lawyer sent me to his office, and ever since is been a nightmare. I saw Dr Haroun 1 day after my accident and explained to him my situation and where the pain was (lower back / neck) and he prescribed to me 50 mg tramadol, which i was fine with considering I dont know much about pain pills. I also explained to him that the hospital had gave me some 5 mg oxycodone and i had taken one that morning so my pain was minimal at the time of the visit, which i thought he would take into consideration, but apparently he didnt because the medication (tramadol) he gave me dosent do anything except make me tired but i cant sleep without waking up every hour or 2 in pain, so I called his office friday at 10 a.m which is the time he arrives and they told me he would get back to me shortly which he didnt. The next day I called his office again, I was a little irritated because I had no sleep and he had never returned my phone call , they were closed because it was Saturday ,but they had an emergency number so called and they told me again the doctor would return my phone call shortly, I waited all day and he never called me back the second time either so at this point im a little angry. same thing that night... no sleep. so the next day I went to physical therapy and told the doctor there that i needed to speak to dr horoun ( because he prescribed me the medication) who she told me wasnt in the office yet and once again that he would call me shortly. I also explained to her what was going on and what he prescribed me (tramadol) which she didnt seem to approve of and told me she didnt like that medication because it was very weak , so 4 hours passed waiting for a call and during that time my lawyer had called me about the accident ,so i told him what was going on and he called the drs office and I received a phone call immediately from a secretary who told me i had to pick up my new 7.5 loratab scrpit a half hr away (figures they would comply AFTER i get my lawyer involved, which i shouldnt have had to), so I drove all the way out there and got it, took it to the pharmacy and when i returned to get it they said the script wasnt fully filled out, so now I get to be in pain and without sleep for atleast 1 more day. I honestly believe he filled the script out wrong on purpose out of spite because I got my lawyer involved. This is absolutely ridiculous, I am supposed to be a patient and I am in pain, this is not how doctors are supposed to treat there patients and in my eyes is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be changing my doctor in the morning or I will switching to a different office. I do not recommend Dr Haroun to anyone, save yourself a headache and ask for a dr who speaks fluent english. If there were an option for zero stars that would be my rating for him ,unfortunately i have to give him one which i dont think he deserves, I would also like to take note that everyone else at multi-specialty healthcare is very helpful and friendly with the exception of dr Haroun - Thank you Nicholas A. forbes
