The front office guy is great he was polite and explained all. The male nurse/medical assistant was rude, doesn't listen, rambles and cuts you off, the doctor is quite political and abrupt.

The front office woman is rude and absolutely terrible to deal with. The nurses or PA's are good. Dr Miner rambles and spend most of his time with you presenting his political views. First step for improvement would be to replace the front office woman.

Very poor service. Except for appointment which brings income, it is extremely difficult to reach them!

Medical staff are friendly and helpful. I think Dr. Miner tries to address my concerns but sometimes comes across as insensitive. He's been an okay primary-care doctor for me for the last 8 years, but not a great one.
