Told carcinoma cells in urine, surgery, none found. Told same again few months later, asked for alternative to surgery, said FISH test at independent lab. Came back no carcinoma cells and no predisposition. 2 yrs later, kidney stone in ureter. Had x-ray to compare to ER ct scan. He said stone had advanced some. Suggested surgery to remove instead of lithotripter. Had surgery, said ureter too narrow to reach stone. At follow up apt he said he had been fooled by the xray that the stone had not advanced and was higher than he thought. He put in a stent and would remove it in the next surgery in a few days. At this appointment complained to staff for chronically having to wait way beyond my apptmnt time to be seen. They told me I could make a formal complaint and I did because of everything previously stated. The next day I got a call from the complaint dept and they said he withdrew from my case. During office visits appears very unsure about my questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This doctor was very helpful and took the time to find a medicine that would be approved.

This man treated my dad for bladder cancer. He did not treat him aggressively, and did not send him to an oncologist until it was too late. My dad died way to soon. Do not trust this doctor. The oncologist said he might have been able to help if he had been seen sooner. It was stage 4 by the time he was seen by oncology.

Very self centered / little knowledge of IC He could not find my disease and told me it the pain was in my head. I was with him for 2 years finially I was Dx with IC. Looking back I had all the symptoms of this disease, he just could not diagnose it. Do not go if you have options, I was in an HMO and had no choice until I paid out of pocket. Carle has only two urologist for their HMO of over 240,000 patients. Not a good patient to doctor ratio. It took two months to get an app't then I waited for over two hours to see him for 5 minutes. They double book his schedule all day. I needed a test that is performed in his office and had to wait for 6 weeks to have the test. The day came and he was sick rescheduled the test for 4 weeks out. Thsi department needs help like more doctors that know current medicine. thanks
