Dr. Lewis is an amazing doctor, and we've seen literally dozens of Drs over the past few years. He is kind, attentive, and listens well. He's also smart and very knowledgeable. My family has really appreciated having such great care. His nurse Emily is really nice too. They're generally really good at fitting you in, even during the same day. As far as the office staff goes, they're fine. They're receptionists who do their job, I'm not sure what all of the fuss is about. If you're not a patient, they unfortunately can't help you and if you are and need to get in immediately it's best to speak to the nurse who pulls the schedule strings anyway.

I would have to rate this Doctor's office a 0 (but you have to give them at least a 1). I was assigned Dr Lewis as my PCP Doctor and called for an appointment. His receptionist basically said that he was not taking any new patients and that no Doctor in this office would take new patients and hung up. Too bad he has such a poor receptionist (he may actually be a decent Doctor......who knows)?
