Ratings for Dr. Elaine Eustis
I have been a patient of Dr Eustis and Heath for almost 3 years. I have rarely encountered a physician with such an excellent bedside manner and she is always pleasant! Heath is the perfect complement as her nurse practitioner, they identified that I was indeed having symptoms of perimenopause though I didn't think I was. My lab work showed several hormones were low (as was my vit D) and she immediately went to work to help me feel better with the right mix of hormones and vitamins. As an RN, I am extremely picky when it comes to physicians and she and her staff are simply outstanding.
Dr. Eustis made time to see my daughter (who was 17 and did not have an OB/GYN doctor) 3 days after she was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst in the emergency room. All the other local doctors I called would not see her for a month or even two. My daughter ended up having a cyst on her fallopian tube that had twisted several times. Dr. Eustis had to remove the fallopian tube but relieved my daughter of a tremendous amount of pain. I don't know what would have happened if we had not been able to see Dr. Eustis and get this take care of quickly. She went above and beyond in her treatment of my daughter and even gave us her personal cell phone number in case we needed her. I have never had a doctor treat me or any of my family members with such caring and compassion. Dr. Eustis is wonderful! I would recommend her to anyone!
I drive from Charlotte,NC to be treated by Dr.Eustis. She is a rarity in this day & age of limited time Dr.'s are allowed to spend with patients set by hospital rules . Never once have I felt rushed , my questions not answered, & above all treating my specific needs as an individual patient with an extreme sincerity to always give me the best of care. Having the up most respect for her ,as one of the leading Dr.'s in the country in her chosen field , I am happy to recommend her practice.
As an established patient of Dr. Eustis, she refused to see me when I was having an extrememely serious situation...I was hemorrhaging vaginally (I was post-menopause, so this most definitely was not a heavy menstrual flow.) I was being seen by an oncologist/hematologist at the time and she even called Dr. Eustis' office to get me in, and they told me their first opening was 3 months away! I am also aware of 2 other women who experienced this same treatment from Dr. Eustis. If you want a doctor that cares about you, do not see Dr. Elaine Eustis!
