To say that is office is unprofessional is an understatement. Over the last 3 weeks since I was assigned to them, 2 agents from my insurance have called while I was on hold, verifying if they accept patients and to set up an appointment, Thye said they do indeed accept new patients, but that they would call me to set it up. So after both insurance operators were unsuccessful in setting up an appointment with Dr williams's office, I started calling them myself. To date, I have called around 25 times, and left many, many, many messages, because when you call them nobody ever answers the phone., Not under operator extension or anything, So finally today my patience ran out. I called my insurance immediately after the 25th phone call to see if they could set it up. The insurance agent got placed on hold, and then the office director or smth, a man that answered in Dr william;s office answered her in avery very rude manner, so the insurance lady came back online and told me. She said she has never ever dealt with such a person to answer in such an unprofessional way, who was;t willing to help or listen. So she is helping me find a new doctor because obviously Dr williams has more patients that she needs or can handle. Hopefully most of them will realize what a rude and unhelpful environment that office is and then it will be them begging to get patients. I hope people can find better doctor service that this useless office provides. I will make it a point to spread the word about my horrible experience everywhere in social media and my circle of friends and family

Dr Laura Williams has too many family problems with her don and mother. I have sat in her office 4 times for more than 3 hours n she wasnt even in the building! She made an appointment in front of my face n then the next day when I showed up, Her Whole entire iffice had Moved to a new location! Omg!!! Horrible!!!! Shes got hwr licensing but the people who gave it to her, should of done a mental check because not only did this dr recommend me to go see a 420 dr she didnt even know she made an appointment w me the day earlier...

I went to see all Doctors at this office (Laura Williams) and I never ever had such a horrible experience with a Dr before in my life. This was my situation there: 1. Took a month and a half to get appointment,2 days before they called me and said sorry we have to reschedule for next month. 2.Day of the appointment with Dr Williams she wasn't even there so they gave another "Doctor" Blackwater,my husband and I were trying to talk to her and she was completely lost,looked at us like we were crazy. 3.Lab results came back after over a month and they called me to say that it was very urgent for me to start taking antibiotics due to a severe kidney infection so I started prescription when I went to see them they lost my chart and to make it better,THEY MISTAKE ME FOR SOMEBODY ELSE AND GAVE ME THE WRONG LAB RESULTS. I HAD NO KIDNEY INFECTION. The Staff is very rude and very unprofessional. I can stay here forever and will never finish. ****DONT EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE TO GO SEE ANY OF THIS DOCTORS THERE****

Waited for over a month to get an appointment to go over my lab report, when got to the office signed in paid the co-pay and waited for over an hour to see the doctor in waiting room but no sign of her because she was not in the office,PA called the doctor and Dr. Laura started to go over my lab report over the phone, told her I came to see you in person not to talk on the phone, I could have done this 30 days ago, she got rude and upset and told me to take my co-pay back and report and leave her office. wow, that shows why she has all these negative reviews about her, I wonder if she knows. Feel sorry for her staff who works for this poor doctor who doesn't care about her patients or know how to treat them. Being doctor doesn't mean you can treat others bad. If I have negative starts to give I would have done that but sad it starts from 1 and I am going to give just that. Stay away from Dr. Laura Ann. Williams office off of 25102 Jefferson Ave Ste A , Murrieta, CA 92562.

I was provided Dr. Laura Williams as a primary doctor. I called to see if they were accepting new patients under my insurance plan. The young lady who answered the phone asked me to hold. We she came back she said, "umm i dont think we take that insurance." You dont 'think'?

-Her office is hard to find - not clearly marked from the outside of the building. -Hard to get an appointment, if you can get a hold of the receptionist at all, when shes not on personal calls and texting. -Charged $15 to fill out a physical paper for my employment. -Waited for over an hour just to be seen. -During the exam, she seemed very unsure of herself and her answers when I asked questions about pain I was having. -Waited over an hour AFTER my exam for the paper to be completed and it still wasn't ready! Staff told me I was "gonna have to wait longer." Very Very Rude!!! ---I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor or staff. From beginning to end, my experience was from the Twilight Zone, and it left me asking myself, 'did all that**** really just happen?!?'. And had I not had my 6 month old with me, I would have went off on her staff for what she said to me! Instead, I decided to write a strongly worded review! Trust me, avoid this doctor!

I am a medical compliance documentation auditor. I made an appointment for my granddaughter at the beginning of December 2012. I could not get an appointment until Jan 25, 2013. I tried calling the office on the day of the scheduled appointment to verify the date and time. I called from 10:40 to 11:45 just to receive a recording. Finally at 11:50 the staff answered and immediately ask if I could hold, then she would hang up on me. This happened three times. On the 4th try the staff ask if I could hold and I said no. All of this just to find out that my granddaughter's appt. was canceled. I was told that on Jan. 11, 2013 the office staff called and left the message on my answering service, however, I fine it very hard to believe because I did not retrieved any message. My voice mail was not full. Well right away I changed my granddaughter's PCM. Such inefficiency left a sour taste in my mouth.

Horrible doctor and staff. Please find a good doctor since my experiences have been horrible here. You wait a long time and instead of seeing the doc. you have the nurse writing your perscriptions and labs.

Dr. Williams is very nice but always hours behind schedule. She blaims it in everyone else. Her staff is terrible. The never answer the phone, they can not handle the patient load they have but they are always taking new patients. If you have hours apon hours to try and get them to do thier jobs she is the right doctor for you.
