I find this doctor and his billing department are highly immoral and unethical. He charged a wrong code to the insurance company and we informed him to correct it (per BCBS's instructions!) and he refused to do so and placed bill for collections instead out of spite. He is highly "religious" and hypocritical and he imposes his religion on his patience as well. It became overbearing and after having a billing issue I decided to find another doctor. I find his behavior to be highly suspect with his billing.

This office charges $25 per person, per visit up to $75 per person a year. This is on top of your deductible. Family of 4 with three visits for each person would be charged $300 extra each year. They claim for admin overhead.

This practice is horrible. They charge you a $25 out of pocket fee just to increase their bottom line which you have no knowledge of until you show up. So instead of paying a $20 copay you will pay $45 for nothing extra.
