Ratings for Dr. Paul J. Mason
Ok, so the staff could use some work, but Dr Mason is really wonderful. Takes time to hear you out, is very thorough, and really cares about his patients. I had orthoscopic shoulder surgery for torn rotator cuff, and he did a fantastic job. 7 months later and I am good as new, 100% range of motion, strength is back, and any minor aches and pains are few and far between and getting better every week. Many experts will tell you that pain after this kind of surgery can last a year or so, but I am way ahead of schedule on that and couldn't be happier with my results. I highly recommend Dr Mason if you have shoulder pain. He is wonderful!
Good doctor HORRIBLE office staff and office policies. I hurt my knee at work. They would not even MAKE an appointment until I had a workers' compensation claim number so that they knew they would be paid. I rushed to get the comp. number and called back, only to be told by a rude woman that they couldn't see me for three weeks. VERY FRUSTRATING.
