Ratings for Dr. Stephen Warshafsky
Dr. Warshafsky is one of the most amazing human beings out there. He is an extremely smart, caring, patient and kind doctor. He is worth the wait because he will save you additional specialist visits because of his advanced knowledge in vast areas of medicine. He takes his time with each patient unlike in other doctors offices where you can feel as if it is a race to get to the next patient. He can handle patients with serious and complex medical issues and will refer you to equally professional, kind and smart specialists when needed. I hope he never retires!
Seems to be a good doctor but having patients wait sometimes for over an hour or two whom have set appointments is unacceptable. Also at times has a sense of arrogance and impatience when asked questions. my opinion is he Seems to care more about volumne. Was a time when he showed a more sensative and caring approach
Ihave to afree with another reviewer.Waiting time is crazy and he just cares about craming as many patients as he can.He rushes you to get to the next Pt.and each time he sees you he forgets any of your past visits.takes entire session just constantly repeating your medical history.I was one of his first patients and he used to be so involved, now its a rush job.THERE ARE MUCH BETTER DOCTORS OUT THERE NO REASON TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO SPEND 2 MINUTES WITH THE DOCTOR,AND ITS A SHAME,AS HE IS A NICE GUY.
The Best of the Best.Very difficult to find such a caring knowledgeable Physician these days. As someone with multiple medical problems, including obesity, hypertention, and a chest aneurysym as well as many other medical problems.I need the best. Dr Warshafsky is the best.Yes,sometimes you have to wait, but that is because he gives his patients the time they need.He listens and respects his Patients.I am glad to call Dr Warshafsky my doctor. So if you are looking for a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable physician ,you have just found him.
When he first started this practice. He was a totally different type of Physician. Now ,he never remembers who you are.its is impossible to get a same day appointment.and he refused to give me a note verifying that he has been treating me for a condition that he has beenn seeing me and prescibing medication for the past 5 yrs.Another example of what happens when a caring doctor becomes too big fast and the mightly dollar takes over.Look somewhere else as there are still many caring Physicians out there.
