Ratings for Dr. Michael T. Ciletti
I agree with the review below about the office staff.. He is a wonderful dr. He takes his time with you & answers your questions. Also you don't have to wait 1/2-1 hour to see him. The staff sits behind their boarded up windows (only dr. I know of that have their office boarded up). She is also right about Cindy, she needs to be replaced.
I have been going to Dr. Ciletti for years. He is a wonderful dr. I would never change dr.s. But his staff is unbelievably rude. The head receptionist Cindy should not be there. She always tells you the answers before even talking to the dr. Calls in the wrong meds. Or don't call them in. She is the reason patients leave his office. She acts like she is the dr. Shame on her. They seriously need to get rid of her. Shame on the person that is over that does not see these mistakes. I've even talked to the office manager a couple of times and she is till there.
Dr Ciletti is a good doctor. He takes time to listen and is very caring. The problem is sometimes he is caring to the point that it makes him a little too cautious in what he says to you or does with your treatment. Also he has the WORST staff. They never get you your medicines on time, sometimes it takes them a week to give you a refill. Also the head receptionist cindy is very rude and picks and chooses what information she will give the doctor. Sometimes she even decides if he will refill a medicine or not. (without telling him about it.) The staff is slow, rude, condescending, & totally uncaring. The staff is the only reason I ended up leaving his office to go somewhere else.
I have gone to Dr Ciletti now for many years and I can tell you that there is not too many Drs. that I have known that will listen, take his time, and honestly care about how you are feeling. He is a Very good Dr. in my opionion. I have had some complicated medical problems and he will make sure you are going to the person who he would go to himself for the best and accurate care and diagnosis.
