Some of Dr Anderson and Dr Wong's eye assistants are very rude and unprofessional. Only a few mature aged women medical assistants are kind and professional. All of the 4 eye MDs in the ECI group keep patients waiting for long periods because very few eye specialists in Santa Rosa accept HMO Insurances combined with Medicare that are administered by the Sutter Foundation, so they have to handle large numbers of patients. Dr Anderson is highly skilled in laser and cataract and lens replacement surgeries. His "bedside manner" is poor, but his skills, excellent.

He never took his attention away from his check list. He is apparently an introverted person who prefers not to speak. I paid for a duplicate work up and had my cataract surgery from a competing practice. I can not recommend this man.
