Ratings for Dr. Ratul Chatterjee
The staff themselves may be okay, but the systems used in running the office are ineffective. They need to bring in a specialist to sort out all the procedures, from billing to waiting room times, etc. Basically, patients are treated like nuisances. The doctor knows and doesn't care enough to take hold of the situation.
Not much has changed. The staff seems really hostile when I insist on seeing the doctor instead of a PA. Matt quit two days after he did my intake as a new patient. He did not record my meds, take my weight, bp, or set up ordering my oxygen or anything else. I had to do it all over again with another PA. Apparently only certain patients get the real doctor, which is why I have insisted on having specialists for everything. At least THEY see their patients.
Dr. Chattered is the best. My husband has multiple health issues, and Dr. Chattered keeps right on top of all of them. I have never known a doctor to take time with us like he does. Never hurries us and gives excellent care. And, by thay, the staff is GREAT.
The staff is nothjing but professional , who go above and beyond their call of duty. Regarding seeing the Dr. - SIMPLY ask for Dr.Chatterjee - H e won't bite, he is very caring and Matt is super. Its sounds like you have a Drs. degree from "Google U".....Sincerely Charlie
Front office staff act very unprofessional and are not friendly. Appointments seldom are made with the doctor. Your have to settle for a P.A. Doctors ability to diagnose accurately is limited and mostly throws a prescriptions that are unnecessary.
Doctor is friendly but poor coordination of care with staff. Staff extremely incompetent. Getting call backs or lab results is next to impossible, even if your life depends upon it. Run -around experts, even lie to patients! Poor management of staff. Inexcusable patient care.
