How nice to go to a physician who is very smart, articulate, compassionate and is truly interested in her patients. She never makes you feel rushed, listens to you and is happy to answer all of your questions that are important to you. From the first time you go to the office his wonderful staff, always smiling, make you feel very comfortable.

She tends to dismiss complaints, which in my case turned out to be serious problems, causing me permanent disability and requiring major surgery. It takes about 3 weeks to get an appointment with her; only wants to work part time according to her staff. She is very nice personally, takes time, and appears to be trying. The staff are often quite rude. And it is much too diffucult to get them on the phone.

Dr. Hug gets back to you within 2-4 hours. The whole practice is well-run and knowledgeable, is fairly conservative, and seems to work together as a team. I like Dr. Hug because she is warm and friendly and makes me feel comfortable.

She may be friendly, however, I question whether or not she is really trying to help you solve a possible serious medical issue or just brushing it off.

I have been more impressed with Vicki Hug than any other PCP I've every had. She is punctual and friendly. Takes her time with you and is actually up-to-date on many less common issues like Acid Reflux's LPR variety, celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. Office is great. They always respond to my phone calls and get prescriptions called in on time. She's a terrific doctor.
