Ratings for Dr. Mariana E. Lucero
Office staff isn't very friendly, mostly the new office manager. Two of the nurses aren't very knowledgeable. The staff likes to visit with each other and visit about other patients. They don't even act like you are standing there. they speak in Spanish the whole time you are in the office even though you only speak English, they don't respect you. You will feel at home if you are Spanish.
Dr. Lucero is a great doctor who has helped my family a lot. Not just my family that lives in Liberal but in other states also. She is very knowledgable or she will send you somewhere where you can get the best help. Sometimes it takes awhile to see her. But I wouldn't want her to rush with my childeren. Sometimes it takes awhile to get into see her, that's because she is so good. She has great office hours. You can get into see her at 8:30a or 6:30p. In the winter she is there longer then that. She is great at explaing things to you, in terms that you can understand. Her staff can be kinda short sometimes.
She's a great doctor, but she quardruple books her time slots. Way too busy. I only stay because she's very good with my special needs child. Just wish she had more time for us at appointments or that it didn't take a week to get a sick child in and that we didn't sit 3 hours at every appointment waiting to see her.
