Ratings for Dr. Alan D. Feldman
Horrible experience. I booked an appointment, first available was a month away. I waited patiently, then the day before appointment his office contacted me and informed me they were cancelling my appointment because he was no longer seeing patients on Wednesday. Their next available appointment was 45 days away. Found another doc.
I think his staff has changed over time. I first dealt with some very nasty woman, unless she doesn't work evenings - she's no longer the person I deal with. The new assistant is so kind and personable. This doctor is fantastic - he is caring and takes the time to hear you out and do what he can to help ease your mental anguish.
I had the misfortune to have him as a dr. In the hospital. After waiting a week to see him he thought after a two minute conversation he knew what was best for me.took away the meds my primary dr. Took years to adjust and get right for my life to be manageble.Thank you for the unbearable panic attacks and soul crushing depression.f#$@ you!!!
I'm not a mean spirited person but let's put it this way. I hope the people who work in his office one day has a problem. And then I hope they have to wait over 2 hours and then be treated like garbage. And then I hope when they actually needed someone to talk to, someone tells them to go fly a kite. And I hope they know....in full force....how that feels.
I absolutely love Dr. Feldman!!! The first doctor ever that took the time to address my issues rather than write a script; pat me on the butt; and send me out the door! He asked what I WANTED and what I was hoping to accomplish with visits with him. He was very informative, professional, and thoughtful in regards to medications and my needs. I absolutely would recommend him. His staff is very friendly and thoughtful. They make sure that your needs are a priority and you are not just a number. I have had several doctors and DR. FELDMAN is the first one that I will stick with!! THANK YOU TO YOU AND YOUR STAFF!!
I have been a patient of Dr Feldman for 6 years. He has been very nice and professional. he remembers my family and he has also been there when I have been in the hospital. I think I can say he has saved my life. I AM sleeping at night. my anxiety is controlled. And he continues to help me with every visit. He and his staff are all great, just remember he has a lot of patients and some require more assistance than others.
