Ratings for Dr. Robert W Baylis
Surgery plus other visits over the last ten years.. Now all done There is always a one almost two hour wait. Staff is rude and even condescending at times. MRI office staff also unprofessional. Dr. Baylis used to be thorough and compassionate with a great bedside manner but now jumps to conclusions without surveying all information. He also spends five minutes per patient..compromising patient care for the almighty dollar. I will not be returning ever!
Dr Baylis did not display a professional demeanor when I visited the office. When attempting to ask questions to have better understanding of root cause of symptoms, he was short in his answers and didn't display a lot of patience. It was evident that he was not listening and demonstrating concern with how I was feeling. He just wanted to continue providing med's. He may be a great doctor but if you are not patient and understanding to help the individual you are treating understand the "why's" it leaves a poor relationship between doctor and patient. I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Doctors have to remember that patients are their customers. Word of mouth business it is important in this day and age and people have to continue to remember that your customers are critical to your business.
