Ratings for Dr. Rudy J. Vervaeke
Staff has to be Stern until they get to know you . Working for a pain management can be a challenge . Some people will do anything to get what they want . They have to put their guard up until they know the fact's .Ive been seeing Dr.Rudy Vervaeke for 15 yrs. now .Dr. Vervaeke is very knowledgeable and he's bedside manner is a plus .He tells it like it is good or bad .I wouldn't change a thing .
Dr. Rudy himself is helpful and knowledgeable. His office staff is mean and nasty beyond words. Wait time to get in is at least one hour to get in and then another hour while in the treatment room, even when you have an appt. If you come to get a prescription signed and you are a pain patient you usually wait two hours or so. No care about sick patients who are in pain waiting in his office.
Dr. Vervaeke is a knowledgeable doc. but he lacks greatly in how his office is run, it's always a GAMBLE when you call the office for your medication, are you going to get the nice nurse are you going to get the mean nurse? Depending on what nurse you get, makes a great deal of difference in if you'll wait three hours or if are going to wait one hour and 1/2 when you get there… Either way you WILL wait HOURS! which is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Dr. Vervaeke will come out of one patient room all the while, knowing full-well, he has a full waiting room of DISABLED patients waiting on a simple signature from him on an already filled out prescription pad, which he could EASILY SIGN 75 of them if need be, but won't even sign ONE he'll completely ignore the disabled pain-ridden patient(s) & walk into another room spending WAY TOO MUCH TIME, and make you wait until his day is OVER to FINALLY receive the much needed script but not until he's made u wait your minimum 1 n 1/2 hr! & SO MUCH MORE!
