I've had Dr. Moore for maybe 10 years. He's nice. He's OK. But he has twice recommended additional medication for me, which I chose to reject. Once it was because I tried it and it did nothing. Second time because I wanted a natural solution, which he didn't even mention. Also, I took some lab tests, got results, and I wanted to talk with him on the phone about them. The ADC people said I'd have to make an appointment with him to do so. So I have to pay to go in to his office so I can ask him some questions about the lab results. Is that it? Yes. I didn't do it. Equally as bad is the way ADC is such a "business". They have so many patients, it's insane. I guess that's why they've become so arrogant. They really are. That's what can happen when you become so successful, I guess. For example, in my case, I make an appointment a year away because it's my yearly checkup. But they couldn't actually make an appointment that far out, so they used to call me (I think?) as we got closer to that date so as to actually set the appointment date. They stopped doing that years ago. So they'd send a reminder through US Mail. That really bothered me. I asked them to call me, but they said they wouldn't. And now, this year, for example, they messed up even on that, and didnt' send out the US Mail appointment. So I call them a few months later and they claim I didn't show up for my apointment. I'm guilty until proven innocent, I guess. They finally admit that they messed up, not me. But I need a refill on my prescription. Wont' give it to me until I set a new appointment. I say, "OK, let's do that." Then they tell me that Dr. Moore's next appointment isn't until 4 months away. I said, "Could I switch doctors, then?" THey say, "Yes we have another doctor. But her appointments are 4 months out too." Wonderful. So I ask to talk to someone "in authority" there. There is *no one* like a "Manager" or better yet, "CEO", etc. whom they can direct me to. I've actually asked this same thing several years. Same answer. Here's what I've discovered: *ADC gives account to no one." I even asked if there were some outside entity, like a Government Agency to whom they must legally give account to (because I want to document my issues), and the gal who's the office manager says that she doesn't know of any outside party like that. So my only real option now is to find another Endocrinologist outside of ADC.

Not very competent in his examinations, jumps to incorrect conclusions, not very open minded, he does like to bring you into the office frequently to increase billing. I would not recommned this Doctor.
