Ratings for Dr. Eric Schreiber
I am SHOCKED TO LEARN that my family member was turned away from this Doctor for not having his $20 copay at the time of visit. There is no reason for this, everyday at least 1 out of 5 patients do not have the copay and are billed for it or pay later. He waited over a month for the appointment, was cancelled and rescheduled and then refused treatment. I WOULD HOPE THAT BEFORE ANYONE goes to this doctor, they are prepared. The woman was rude, ignorant, and should NOT be working in a health care environment !!! Take a moment to ask yourself, what if this was your family ????
Worst care and worst doctor. He does not care about patient and his staff interested only in getting money.. Be careful they will send your blood work to suspicious lab and charge your insurance heaft amounts. Futher he spends less than 5 mins and did not do any test. Worst billing they got co-pay from me. But even after my insurace paid full and they never returned the amount I paid. HAve to argue with them so many times.. and I am still arguing...
Staff is beyond incompetent, even on something simple as returning refill authorization to your pharmacy (they've messed up mine at least 4 times now - not even doing it, sending it to the wrong pharmacy, etc.). As far as punctuality, don't waste your time ever trying to schedule something around 1 o'clock since they're at lunch, which is apparently the most sacred of all traditions and events because they stop anything and everything for it (as if, in healthcare, no one's life could ever be at stake). As for the doctor himself...who knows. The only time I ever asked a medical question he shrugged his shoulders as an answer - really??? That doesn't inspire much confidence, when your answer is to shrug your shoulders at the patient! Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
