Ratings for Dr. William M. Silverman
This Dr. and his staff are incredibly unprofessional & unsanitary. They keep filthy dogs in the office, and the general appearance of him and his staff are sloppy and unkempt. A family member went to see him for the first time. As she was getting blood drawn, the Dr. thought it would be a good idea to climb over her. In doing so, he kicked her in the hand so hard she is still in extreme pain months later. Then he laughed and said, "oh you're fine, it's not broken." She is literally crying in pain, and he just tells her to put ice on it. She says, "but it hurts so bad", to which replied, "just do whatever you want then, I don't care!" He has shown no remorse, nor offered to pay subsequent medical bills she has incurred. Now we must take him to court. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this monster, he has no business practicing medicine!
Dr. Silverman is an excellent physician but his wife Dottie.......IDK if she was having a bad day or what but she is totally unprofessional. She talks to Dr. Silverman like he's her child and totally undermines and emasculates him in front of his patients. She refers to the office as her "Practice" but in all my visits I've never seen a degree with her name on it. She says that she is a nurse but I didn't see her nursing license anywhere in the office. I tried to look it up but it is non-existent. However, she been giving injections, calling in RX's, and numerous other things that only a licensed nurse or physician should be doing. Looks like unlicensed practice to me......she is going to drive him and his practice into the ground. Stay Away!!!!!!!
Dr. Silverman is the best..he listens and that is why your wait time is long. But that is okay, don't like it but that's the price you pay for a doctor that listens. The billing is bad after 15 yrs rec a ltr if I don't pay the bill I was going to be dismissed. And then when your owed $ you never see it.
