I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Steven Goldberg on a Tuesday. I was referred to him by Dr. John Albert. Who assured we that he discuss my hand issue with him. Dr. Albert spoke highly of Dr. Goldberg. I think he needs help when it come to bed side matters. His office staff was very unprofessional. That is a reflection of him. I had to wait 45 mins before I was placed into a waiting room. The young lady that walked me to the room was very rude. I asked her about my X-Rays she said " That is the patients responsibility, not ours". than she took my vitals and said the doctor will be with you. After waiting 10mins Dr. Goldberg came into the room and said " Now, what can I do for you?" I said help me regain full range of motion in my hand. He sat down and ask how did this happen. I started to explain to him when and what happen. His cell phone rang. He looked at the phone and said I have to take this and walk out of the room. He was gone about 15mins. When he
