Ratings for Dr. ELENA H. Yanushpolsky
Ordered entirely unnecessary blood work. My medical records had shown that I had already received these tests less than 3 months ago. It is the doctor's job to act responsibly towards the patient and make sure that the tests ordered make sense in context of their medical records. Did not bother showing me the ordered tests and instead sent them directly to the laboratory. I was then blindsided by an outrageous bill a few weeks later. The billing department at the Brigham Women's Hospital then told me that it was my fault for not reviewing the tests carefully before going to the lab. Shame on me for assuming that doctors would actually do their jobs properly without their patients having to check their work. Horrible experience. Horrible hospital.
My husband and I have been struggling with infertility for the past 2 years. It was recommended by my friend to see Dr. Yanushpolsky. We were very impressed with her professionalism. We left the office with a plan in our hands step by step on what we needed to do to successfully have a child of our own. She took alot of time with us, and truly sympathizes with couples who cannot conceive. I highly recommend her!
