Dr. Stein was very efficient with his surgical execution. Use of laser was remarkable and very useful for my particular procedure. It was not easy cataract removal but laser and his day to day hands on work with microscope made it look easier. I can only say amazing things about Dr. Stein and the staff at Bochner Eye Institute. I had my ICL procedure done and from the initial consultation, to the day of surgery, and aftercare - I was comfortable and supported throughout. The surgery itself was quick and painless, and my recovery equally so. I can't believe after 26 years with glasses and a very high prescription (-10), I now have 20/20 vision! It truly is life changing and the best decision I have made for the long run.

Do your research and you will also come to this conclusion and choice for such an important decision. His staff is also fantastic. Very efficient and knowable. I felt so comfortable during the entire process and I know they are there for me in the future if needed. I now have better than 20/20 vision in both distance and up close for reading. I can read the tiniest fonts now without any issue. For the first 2 days, I reached for my glasses out of habit, and realized... hey, I don't need these!!
