Ratings for Dr. Ryan E. Dobbs
I have been a patient of Dr. Dobbs for about 2 years. He is by far the best doctor/surgeon in Reno for orthopaedics. Yeah, you might have to wait a little bit when you go to see him, but that is because he likes to spend time with his patients and not rush them out the door. He is a genuine and kind person who cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
He missed treated a fracture of my 5th metarasalwhich ented up as a none union after 6months his errors were finally corrected by a much better MD in his group Dr Lundeen via surgery- this miss treatments led to 9 months of boots and cats It should have been an 8 week problem at the most- He is too young and needs more experience with another MD consult
Although Dr. Dobbs seems to be a very good doctor, he is almost never on time (typically 15 to 45 minutes late. Once he was an hour late for an office appointment). Although I understand that doctors have emergencies and they can be late at times, Dr. Dobbs was only on time for one of my appointments. His office also scheduled my surgery for 1:00 when the hospital had it as 5:00 and he finally did it at 6:00. I find that the chronic tardiness to be disrespectful to me as well as his other patients.
