Ratings for Dr. Robert K. Silbert
DONT USE THIS DR.....HE IS PLANNING ON RETIRERING AT THE END OF THIS YEAR AND HAS NOT DISCLOSED THAT INFO TO ANY OF HIS PATIENTS!!!! ....maybe because they are all about the money instead of peoples health and well being. And agreed on the rudeness from Dr Silbert and even more his staff.... HELEN .....rude is one thing but entionally sabatashing a patients wellbeing because it was called out that starting a 3 day weekend early was more important than doing their job properly causing a patient to be without medicine for 2 weeks.....thats is so unethical!!!!!!!!!!!.... I have been a patient for over 12 years and have never been treated with such indignation!!! PLEASE BE WARE and if you decide to see this practice dont cross the staff or you will doomed!!!!!!!
This d. is very mean and rude to patiensts. He walks in and u can;t speak til ur spoken to. He doesn't want to here about the knots u have. You can't talk about anything except where the pain is. no stories or conversation on his end he is not personable. theres no patient dr. confedentuality, cuz they all eat together and talk about patients so even the receptionist knows ur personal business. he has an after hrs # but don't call him(it was important, and he yelled at me and told me to never call him after hrs. again) he walks out on u when ur talking and just leaves u wondering "r we done now" or is he coming back in" he doesn't like ur child in the room either, but a sign in the waiting room says u can't leave them out there to wait either. So even though there being good he looks at them with a evil glare. I had all these experiences done to me their, and unless ur planning on visiting the stress center soon I do not recommend this dr. to anyone. i could go on but out of space.
Dr. Silbert is a tough cookie to get to know but once you do he is personable, kind and caring and funny. It takes a while for him to warm up which is understandable considering the volume of patients that come thru his office. I wouldn't have any other doctor.
MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR THAN TREATING PATIENTS AND ACTUALLY EASING THEIR PAIN! He is rude, and impersonable. IF your call is returned it wont be by him and will be several hours later. I changed doctors and have gotten more positive results in the past 4 months than I got in the whole 5 years i seen Silbert.
Dr Silbert is not very personable upon first meeting in the office and would turn off most patients. He is altogether different in the operating room. I have had 4 outpatient surgical procedures and he has been caring, humorous, communicative and wonderful in the hospital environment. He performs best "on stage." After several visits and procedures he is now more personable in the office. He knows his craft and is very talented.
