Ratings for Dr. Mark K. Lee
While I can relate to the rudeness of the front desk, I feel completely the opposite about Dr. Lee and the nursing staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for years and have received very good advise and diagnosis from him. His nurses and lab staff are the best; smiling, gentle, and helpful. They always call me back and make it very easy to refill maintenance prescriptions. Dr. Lee is almost always on time and happy to see me. Further, he tells the truth, not always what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. Finally, he has all tests ordered that are needed to diagnosis the problem, but does not go over board or order unnecessary (and often expense) tests. I trust him.
Stuck in icu because he didn't feel like doing the paperwork? He is leaving it for the dr who comes in tomorrow.. Seriously? An entire extra day in icu because he didn't feel like signing a paper. And it took him all day just to drop by today. All the other patients were seen by their drs even the nurse didn't understand what was taking so long. Completely unhelpful didn't even look at ct scan results("what ct scan?" Hello in the file that's in your hand?) gave bogus rushed 'diagnosis' and extremely arrogant. Why is this guy a dr?
Misdiagnosed, arrogant, and totaly 180 degrees off on diagnosis. Claims that anti depressant will sovle issues of health. Would not check for tick related illnesses, although all indications pointed. Another Dr. did blood work and confirmed "rocky mountion spotted fever" My wife went to a total of 7 Dr's all wrong ( thousands of $). She is now on her way to healing. Dr. Lee is all about the money. Do not recommend at all. In TN. this illness is everywhere. 1 tick bite and you may have it. I now will get tested and start treatment. If you have body pain that moves around it may not be Fibromialgia(sp).
Will not return to this doctor, felt rushed, he acted uninterested. Front desk staff was very rude and unfriendly. They treated you as though you were annoying them and they conveyed this attitude to everyone not just me. Some nurses treated you like you with impatience. The entire staff from doctors down to front desk personnel need some real good PR training because the attitude of rudeness and unfriendliness is felt immediately! Patients are not "cattle - - - get'um in, get'um out" (as quickly as possible!). Patients are there because they trust your skills and training and they need your help, please show a little more kindness and caring attitude and if you can't, maybe it's time to move on!
