Ratings for Dr. John A. Zolan
Though I liked Dr. Zolan I was there for treatment of Dystonia. As this disorder takes time to treat and work with patient he left without word to his patients and left me in a very difficult disorder needing treatment. In my opinion he is awful and how could he do this to his patients knowing they are in need of his care? If it were not for Deanna and the staff at Sansum I am not sure what I would have done. Also I like Chris he has a different personality but we all do and it takes time to build relationships. My ratings are for the staff solely and not Dr zolan his rating is the lowest level of poor! You take an oath to care for your patients and you walk out and do not notify them you are wrong.
I saw Dr. Zolan about 5 times in 2008. I am currently looking for a new Dr. I found Zolan to be very thorough but lacking in bedside manner. There were times when I had difficulty explaining symptoms and he would dismiss my explanations as if they were ridiculous. As someone else mentioned Christopher (the nurse) is not at all friendly, does not make you feel welcome and overall is VERY rude. These things have
He's straightforward and to the point, and always punctual. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for him - I've only seen him a few times though. He always sends refills really quick, my last neuro took an average of a week, Zolan takes just a day. Staff is helpful. My condition hasn't improved much though.
