Ratings for Dr. Cecille G. Taylor
Front office seems to have little to knowledge of procedure and charges. Duplications needed because interferences in patient flow. Procedures included in anual exams need different appts Therefore charging for another office visit even if you do not see the doctor, plus collecting another copay.
Dr. Taylor is the best. I haven't seen her since she moved to her own practice, but she helped me with a recurring eye problem and painlessly removed a foreign object that had been lodged in my eye for days. As someone who did not see an eye doctor until my 40s, I appreciate how thorough Dr. Taylor is and how well she explains everything. Also, when my family was unable to convince my mother that vision problems were causing her to get into fender-benders, Dr. Taylor was able to convince her that she needed to wear glasses. My mother hasn't had a bump or a scrape since. Again, Dr. Taylor is the best!
Poor staff, referral system inadequate, Dr not informative nor very knowledgable, never introduced to any staff member or physician, just told to follow and answer questions. No hand washing observed from patient to patient. Very unpleasant situation.
