There are no words to describe the deepest gratitude I have for Dr. Donahue. My husband had been in ICU for almost two months withdrawn complications from having triple bypass and a tracheotomy done. I believe Dr. Donahue gave my life long partner a second chance on life and we are so grateful to have had such a skilled and compassionate Dr. as she is. Much Mahalo to you and the staff in Summerlin Hospital

One of the best thoracic/cardio surgeons in Las Vegas! She has a caring attitude and very concerned about her patients. I work in a hospital and highly recommend her!

I'm a critical care nurse and I'm not holding back on this one. Dr. Donahoe is NOT someone that you wish to spend time with. She's rude, billigerent, pushy, demanding, and has no understanding of anyone else's problems and is inconsiderate of other issues that frequently control life on a critical care unit. A psychologist would have to label her passive-aggressive and emotionally unstable. She should not be the controlling influence on a case. Nurses go out of their way to avoid her and you DON'T want your nurse to do that. Aside from this, yeah, she's a good "surgeon" but that's IT and she makes you want to chose a bad one and take your chances there. On top of that, she's coupled with Juan Martin so when we get one of their cases we have to deal with some very disturbing, egotistical doctors. Their patients do fine, their outcomes are good, but nurses refuse to recover their patients. You don't want that.
