My first experience with Dr Mackenzie and her team was a great one! I am in the early stages of getting Invisalign, and Dr Mackenzie is very transparent and patient to answer all of my questions. So far I am very happy with the service and knowledge of her and her staff!

Dr. MacKenzie is hands down the best orthodontist. A lot of clinics are run like a production line with treatment taking such a long time - this is NOT Dr. MacKenzie’s office and definitely not her style. She is not one to recommend unnecessary treatment, she truly cares about her patients (and it shows!), is incredibly accessible & responsive, and is at the top of her game. It is obvious she loves what she does. Her team is equally friendly, helpful and welcoming. My child has had braces with Dr. MacKenzie for almost two years. This is the best doctor's office I have ever been to. We have been accommodated for multiple emergencies, including one where Dr. MacKenzie came to the office on her time off in order to see us. Everyone is kind and professional.
