I was injured two years ago and after all was said and done, left to live my life on pain medication due to the way WC handles cases. The only relief I got was when going to Dr. Ky and only what the insurance would allow. Have since closed my case and have now been able to have procedures that are deemed "Experimental", WOW what a difference. I am a new person now living 99% pain free. Can't say I will ever be 100% but that comes with aging. I would recommend Dr. Ky and staff to anybody and everybody that will listen. If you have pain, chronic or acute this is the clinic to go to.
HE HAS A VERY BUSY OFFICE(THAT IS A GOOD INDICATOR OF HIS FOLLOWING). BUT HE
WILL TAKE AS MUCH TIME THAT IS NEEDED TO HELP EXPLAIN AND ANSWER ANY CONCERNS.
I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
Very good doctor who truly cares about his patients and does his very best to help alleviate the chronic pain my husband suffers with. Whenever Dr. Ky does a medical procedure he is so good to me to explain everything, answer my questions and is very patient and understanding of my concerns for my husband.
I really appreciate Dr. Ky and his staff. Dr. Ky really cares about his patients. He has been working with me on my back condition and has explained everything to me so that I understand what treatment is needed and what he is going to do. He has really helped my back. After I had the MILD surgery both him and his Nurse called to check on me to see how I was doing. When I have called to ask questions they have been friendly and efficient. His entire staff is caring and helpful. Although his office is small and may be crowded I have never had to wait a long time. Mike Bitner
Unlike those recent comments, I actually had a good experience Dr. Ky and his friendly staff on my first visit. I didn't have to wait long at all. While there were some patients in the waiting room who complained of a long wait time, it's because they busy filling out all the paperworks. All the ones who had their paperworks done seem to be seen rather quickly.
Dr Ky was quite thorough in my initial visit. He spent around 40 minutes with me answering my questions with a full physical. I've since seen him in follow up and he thoroughly went over the MRI of my back. He also presented the various options for treatment. And, he did it in plain English. So far I really like this doctor. I think he's the most thorough doctor I have ever had so far. I'm also going to bring my to see him for her neck pain.
Dr. Ky has changed my life forever. Both, my mother and I have similar debilitating issues. She was referred to Dr. Ky first and was so impressed by him that I thought I should try him too. I am so grateful that I did. I have been in pain for the past 20 years. I was becoming hopeless that I would ever improve and freighted of what my future had to offer when I watched how bad my mom had become. Dr. Ky has given me back by life. Slowly but surely, he has worked on my issues and improved my quality of life immensely. All without throwing pain pills at the issue. On top of it all, Dr. Ky's compassion is unmatched. He cares so much for his patients and truly wants to help. He is kind and explains things so clearly and with great detail. The entire staff is wonderful, friendly and caring. They make me feel like family. The office is small and always full, but receiving care from Dr. Ky and his staff is worth any amount of wait, not that I've ever had to wait a unreasonable amount of time. I would like to thank Dr. Ky, from the bottom of my heart, for improving my (and my mother's) quality of life and for giving us hope again. A truly special man....
Dr. Ky is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. He's a very smart doctor and his staff is top notch. Dr. Ky is truly concerned with my pain and will do whatever it takes to keep me out of pain. Dr. Ky's practice is not a pill mill that just throws medication at you. Sure he will provide medication if it is needed but he will also explore many other option in order to keep you comfortable. He has changed my life for the better and I am forever in debt to him. Thank you Dr. Ky!!
I was sent to this doc by my do, I walked in and felt like I walked into the circus. The place was busy and that's great but when they finally started to see me the nurse didn't introduce herself. She then asked me if I looked the doc up online. When I told her no she went on to tell me how great he is as she pointed at a wall with awards and credentials and how he went to John Hopkins and I think that is great for him.I just felt like she was trying to sell his care to me like a car salesman. I finally made it to a exam room were his staff entered some of my info in computer mind you the exam room door was open the whole time they entered my info and that exam room is right off the waiting room. The staff member checked his text message while collecting my info not to professional if you ask me. He left the room telling me the doc would be in shortly. As I sat there waiting with the door open I was able to listen to office staff discuss patients records as well as the doc discussing a patients diagnosis to someone on the other end of the phone. That is fine until the patients first and last name and diagnosis is said out load at front desk with a full waiting room.I worked in healthcare for seven years and last I checked that is against HIPPA patient privacy act. I was then brought my co pay amount due of $150 due then no payments. I personally felt this office was very unprofessional that is my opinion .This doc may be great at what he does but do your homework . I just wasn't feeling it.
