The doctor is awesome, her receptionists are NOT! They just hung up on me on purpose so I'm leaving this review. Apparently I can't book 2 doctor's appointment in different months for 1 patient, I've never heard of that before. If you can get through the front line of horrible people, the doctor is truly the best and very knowledgeable.
Dr is knowledgeable, though I've had to be the proactive party in raising concerns and suggesting that she checks for certain things. The receptionists are the ABSOLUTE WORST. They should be relegated to some back office with zero human contact. I've seen them lose track of patients on multiple occasions and gossip about other patients' weight/physical appearance. They are extremely rude, unwilling to help, and severely detract from the overall experience.
The receptionists at this office are the worst I've ever encountered (and service can be BAD at doctor's offices). They were exceptionally rude, talk about you as if you aren't there, roll their eyes and will let others ahead of you if they are annoyed with you. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and petty.
In general she's good and helpful. However the receptionists there made it very difficult for us to get help. Their voice message system is designed to turn people away. You can't leave messages, and out of 20 calls 19 of them you ended up hearing a message asking you to call back later. Numerous times we have to go to other walk in clinic to get help.
Good doctor- speak multiple languages and is patient and verifies her understanding of your symptoms. Reception staff is terrible. They roll their eyes at you, and talk about you like you're not there. Almost not worth doing to Dr. Hui because of her poor staff.
Let's be positive first. Dr. Hui has been working with me for 4+ years. She is knowledgeable, although I did not encounter any serious medical problems, just normal checks. The clinic receptionists are the worst in town. You can never imgaine somebody getting paid has such terrible and poor attitude. They are rude and very cool to clients/patients. They let later comings see doctors first and keep me who was on time waiting until later comers finished. The receptionists don't deserve the pay at all. Why the doctors keep these rude people instead of hiring somebody more qualified and more professional and nicer?
Dr Hui is not a bad doctor. She is willing to refer to specialists when you insist. But her heart does not appear to be in her practice, and sometimes I overhear her discussions with staff and find the conversation pieces to be unprofessional. The office is a get-in-get-out type of place and staff is not pleasant, especially if you are a sick patient needing help.
