In one word, She is most 3rd class Doctor in the world.

I have been a patient of Dr Smith's for a few years. I was never 100% satisfied but I also had no major concerns until this past year. Without going into detail, I visited another dermatologist and am scheduled to have a few things removed that Dr Smith seemed unwilling to remove herself. The last straw, was the comment of, "If your hairdresser sees anything in your scalp, make sure she tells you, so you can tell me'." I'm sorry but that's your job to check my scalp for cancerous growths, not my hairdresser's. Dr Smith did not check my scalp. When I got a copy of my records, she wrote that she did. You just can't make this stuff up.

Dr. Smith was gave me very little time and seemed uninterested in what I had to say. She was only willing to give out medication from one manufacturer and required that I use HER mail in pharmacy (which to seemed very unethical and I'm guessing she gets kickbacks from the drug company $$). I was very unhappy leaving the office with how I was treated with so little respect. I hope a lawyer visits her and has the same experience, maybe he/she will know if its legal to have that type of relationship with drug manufacturers...

Very good experience, wonderful nurses and staff, it is apparent they try to make surgery a good experience.

Nice personality, helpful, had laser hair removal and facial laser for rosacea . All procedures helped as well as medications prescribed. Would recommend highly.

Great experience. Minimal wait. Dr. Smith seemed very knowledgeable and explained herself well. I have a follow up appt. for removal of a skin cancer and she explained very thoroughly what to expect. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Smith is very caring and concerned for her patients, that is very apparent during my appointment

After waiting 25 minutes to see Dr Smith, she walked in having few questions about my reason for the visit. She made assumptions that were not true and was hesitant to even examine my eczema. She seemed rushed and rude and uneducated on skin conditions. I will not see her again nor will I recommend her.
