Ratings for Dr. Robert Sales
I just found out a few months ago about Rob's passing through Facebook. I dated him for 14 months and was so blessed in knowing him. He was one of the most funniest men on earth, down to earth man that I ever met. For those of you who experienced a bad time with him. I can only say that he was human and was having a bad day. Type 2 and still hanging in there to be one of the best doctor's is amazing. He was only human with a hugh heart. My complete heart goes out to his family. In loving memory of Rob, so many years ago, so many, but never forgotten, beautiful time with him. Kim Russell
I came to this site to leave Dr. Sales a positive feedback, and just learned that has passed away. He was a very good doctor - very straightforward and honest. He wouldn't hold back his opinion, and I thought that's what made him better than most doctors. He also didn't waste taxpayers money indulging patients' whims, but took problems seriously. Maybe some people couldn't handle his frankness, but he will be missed dearly.
He was a charming man and a good doc. Not much point in rating him, however, given that he is dead. Several posts reporting his death have been deleted by the einsteins who run this site. Those einsteins can check out the website of his professional college cpso.on.ca. He is no longer listed as a member because he no longer IS, in the most fundamental sense.
I attended Dr Sales' funeral service today. Everyone was devastated. He died in his sleep. He had type 2 diabetes, and was unaware that his blood sugar level was low. It was a very classy service. I had gone today to see him for a brief check up and discovered that he had passed away. To all those who speak negatively of him: You are a bunch of whiny, pathetic, cry babies! It's difficult being a doctor in Canada. For the amount of patients they see per doctor, they don't get paid nearly as much as they do in the States. They don't have time for people who want to be moddy-coddled like they are 5 years old! Grow up! He was an excellent, brilliant doctor. I met him when I was 20 years old when he was just starting his practice. I knew him for almost 20 years. He was amazing. He was accurate, funny, kind, sympathetic and human. He kept me in line when I was being too much of a drama queen or a worry-wart and I respected him for it. He will be missed. J
I have knowned Dr.Sales for almost 20 years since he started his practice. He diagnosed my symptoms very quickly [fibromyalgia]in 92. In fact, people with the same problems can go years without finding help. I consider myself very lucky to have had him as my doctor. He was always very professionel very direct and to the point. We are four adults in our family and all is patients. We considered him a friend . He enjoyed life very much. We had a few good laugh with him over the years. He will be missed terribly by all of us. When it comes to the staff a 10 would be the mark for Eta. Annette Mihalik
