Dr. Weaver operated on my neck two years ago . I came out of it way worse than going in. I lost about 50 percent use of one arm and lost all feeling in one hand. I've seen several surgeons since and they all told me that it's permanent nerve damage from Weavers surgery.

The staff here is rude, uncaring and unhelpful. they expelled my family from the practice.. leaving my 11 year old son without medication.. not sure what an innocent child has to do with their beef with me.. but anyway... so the child will be without meds for a while

Find Dr Weaver dismissive of complaints also. Tends to shrug off concerns and push the next great drug. I think the problem is there seems to be more drug reps at the reception desk than patients. Very unsettling.

Have found Dr. Weaver to be ALWAYS approachable and a very pleasant person with which to deal. He is certainly knowledgeable in his field and has the resources to recommend any additional expertise that may be required. I have every confidence in Dr. Weaver and his "medical staff" and nurses. The "administrative staff" of the practice, on the other hand, can be surly and uncooperative. Dealing with his "office people" is an unwelcome chore.

I found Weaver to be extremely conservative and generally dismissive of complaints. He doesn't like patients pushing him hard when they want to get better. He failed to advocate for me when I was diagnosed with mild obstructive sleep apnea and at the same time suffered from very severe depression. Several years later, I was diagnosed again with sleep apnea from a second doctor and this time treated with CPAP, with good results. Weaver was extremely dismissive of my complaints...other doctors who are more aggressive diagnosed me with low testosterone and obstructive sleep apnea. Also, Weaver failed to order a test for my Mother when she had severe complaints. Only because she took matters into her own hands and basically ordered Weaver to order a test did they discover she had "sludgeballs" in her gallbladder and they operated on her immediately. She recovered fine, only because SHE pushed for a test...Weaver didnt want to order it. Stop collaborating with insurance, Dr. Weaver!
