So far so good for my fibermaylia, you have to be up on the current drugs, if your going to help people, and he gave me a drug that helped, did not totally fix but my god do I feel better then I have in 7 years. Listen to me oh yes, heck I had 7 years to caught him up on with doctor after doctor and when I came back to him 6 weeks later he remember ever bit of what I had told him, my God do you know how many times I had to tell a doctor visit after visit what happen to me, and yes when I told him the meds put me to sleep to long right away he lower the dose, not say to me or well, keep taking it. do you know how many doctors told me it was all in my head, and told me to go to a head doctor, well I did three times, and oh yeah, IT WAS NOT IN MY HEAD, THE PAIN WAS IN MY BACK FROM THE REALLY BAD FALL THAT I HAD.My God I have four college degree did those idiot doctors really think I would want to give up my carreer for 1,200.00 in SS disability and end up on Medicare, thank God for this Dr

Very abupt manner. He does not listen to you or seem at all interested in your symptoms. He was training a medical student and talked about me like I wasn't even in the room. Barely acknowledged me. He is only interested in doing his drug studies and that is about all. Would not recommend, especially to a fibromyalgia patient.

Dr. Baldassare does not explain what''s going on very well. He kind of threw a diagnosis at me and quickly wrote a scrip for medicine. I feel he should have referred me to a neurologist to confirm his diagnosis, but I always feel like I am "out there hanging". When my MRI results came back, he left the message on my machine and said to call if I had any questions. So when I called to ask additional questions, he was short and rude and made me feel like a child. I called and made my own appointment with a neurologist.

My first 3 Rheumatologists gave me conflicting diagnoses and conflicting information on courses of treatment, meaning of tests results etc. I started with Dr B. 15 years ago. He went above and beyond to get a correct diagnosis, even sending my films to the head of radiology at SLU. After 24 years with AS he''s always been understanding of my pain and all the complications that go with AS. He is very direct and to the point, but I like that. He spends as much time as I need answering my questions and concerns. I never feeled rush out of his office like I did with other RH''s. I will be truly heartbroken when he retires someday

Dr. Baldassare was very helpful on diagnosing my Sjogrens. The medicine Evoxac which he prescribed has given me relief not only for my dry mouth, it also helps my dry eyes.

This guy is a joke. He flat out told me I didn't have a certain medical condition which I was shortly diagnosed with by a neurologist and confirmed by two rheumatologists.

Dr. Baldassare is more interested in getting his patients to be guinea pigs for his test drugs than he is in treating their health.
