Ratings for Dr. Arthur B. Spell
He was okay at first. My child went to him for 2 years. He was nice but never seemed to care. Then he became very defensive when I started to question him about the immunizations. When I refused to give my child a certain shot, he subtly threatened I find another practice. I was more than happy to comply with his wish.
Dr. Spell is a perfectly competent physician for routine childhood illnesses. However, if your child has any kind of learning disabilities or special needs, switch doctors immediately. In my experience, Dr. Spell is poorly informed about learning disabilities and is not a good resource or support for parents.
