Ratings for Dr. Gerald J. Shepps
When a doctor doesn't acknowledge you when he walks into the room, you know what you're in for. An impersonal, clinical approach. Although very knowledgeable, he forgets he's speaking to lay people thus his patient interactions come across as arrogant and almost demeaning.
In 40 years married with a doctor and belonging to the medical community, I have never thought that a professional so unethical, focused only in the money existed. He does not see you as a patient but as a dollar sign . This doctor needs to go back to medical school and learn how to be a doctor again, I am sure he missed all the patient-doctor relationship classes. If my surgery will be a success I still don't know but was for sure a failure to be his patient .I had an unpleasant experience.
