We were fired by this clinic! We were sent a letter stating that we were unwelcome there. The short version is that we wanted some supplement advice for our soon-to-be newborn baby. They would not even talk to us about a probiotic for a baby that was going to be their patient in a couple of days, because he "wasn't a patient of the practice"... yet. It was so frustrating that we chose to leave for a pediatric naturopath in Seattle before the letter was sent to us. The letter was just icing on the cake! I can't express how much stress that they caused us at 39 weeks pregnant over this issue. It is just unfathomable that they didn't want to help us with a simple question of what probiotic should we use for our new baby. We had been going there for over 2 years, and had some frustrations about lack of response time. A year earlier, it took 4 days to hear back from them regarding a 104 degree fever for our 2-year old when we were overseas. 4 days!!! Seriously? We thought about leaving after that, but decided that we would continue in spite of our frustration over that issue. Suffice it to say, that we would have been better served finding better healthcare after that experience. Avoid this place!
