I was in the office last week and was having a really rough day. Pamela(new girl behind the desk) saw how upset I was and asked if she could give me a hug. She sat with me and talked to me for a few minutes . It was exactly what I needed. Her kindness and empathy was so appreciated. Angels are all around us and she was mine that day.. Thank you Pamela!

Awesome doctor but extremely unprofessional office staff. I called 24 hours ago to request the doctor refill one of my medications (I’m not supposed to miss even a day) and I’m still waiting. So I call the office to say hey is there any way you can ask him to speed this up a little as it’s important and doesn’t take long to do, and usually is super quick. She says “well come in then if you want it right away” I’m literally in the process of moving and don’t have a vehicle and that was rude period. She doesn’t even let me finish my sentence she just keep interrupting me then saying “why are you being so rude” I was like “can you please just let me finish my sentence” continuing to interrupt me then hanging up on me. Not to mention I will regularly have to phone MULTIPLE TIMES just to get her to answer the phone. Super unfortunate that such a great doctor is getting over shadowed by his incompetent office staff. Highly recommend dr Katumba though.

The receptionist(s) are unprofessional - I made an appointment for an afternoon. I found out I would not be able to make the appointment early in the morning the day of the appointment; therefore, I called three separate times throughout the morning to cancel my afternoon appointment. Each time I called, nobody answered .. even though I was calling during the hours in which their voicemail says they are open. I was then informed that I had to pay a $50.00 "no show" fee. In addition to this, Dr. Katumba seems to never review his previous notes before seeing you. Each time I would go in, he would have zero context of my situation - even when I had just seen him two days prior. I changed doctors - I will never go back to this office and would never recommend it.

Clinic is clean but strange there is a curtain hanging in there which is strange..
