I have seen five different doctors at this location. I've never experienced such lack of care by any medical practitioner anywhere. I went looking for help during a mental health crisis looking for local resources that worked with someone low income like myself. Dr Miller offered no suggestions. I spoke to their inhouse counselor, who was actually an RN, and had no medical license. I opened up about my sexual assault as a child, and he told me that a SAD lamp would help me out greatly. I again asked for resources in town that worked on a sliding scale for someone low income, and was told that there was a phone number I could call, but it takes 10 months to get in. I had a follow up appointment with Dr Miller about the anti depressant she prescribed me a week previous, but she was sick for that appointment so I had to wait in the waiting room for the on call walk in clinic doctor. I spoke with him about my concerns, and he told me that congnitive behavioural therapy doesn't work for people. I had a panic attack in the room while he sat there, staring at me. No one once asked me if I was suicidal. I had a suicide attempt a few weeks later, and luckily I got the help I needed elsewhere. Do not visit this clinic if you are experiencing any real crisis or emergency. You will be treated without empathy and pushed through like a number.
