Over 40% of people in the U.S. aren’t doing enough to manage their stress. This can lead to all sorts of health problems; a recent study published in the journal Neuron showed how stressed out people have less self-control and are more likely to eat unhealthy foods.
Sure, there’s a lot to be stressed about – work, money, family, life. But if you don’t learn to relax, you’ll have another thing to worry about, which is your personal health.
