She’s the master of fresh meal prep, including her weeklong vegetarian meal-prep plan that only uses 10 simple ingredients. It’s a win-win time wise, as it’ll save you time in the stores and in the kitchen.

And don’t worry – she didn’t choose those 10 ingredients based on Instagram appeal, but on nutritional value. She goes heavy on the plants which are high in fiber, aiding digestion.

“For example, spinach and cauliflower especially have benefits from fiber,” says Sharp. “Chickpeas have protein and fiber, so you’re getting a double whammy of health without even having to think about it.”
