Lemons are packed with polyphenols, which suppress weight gain and fat accumulation, according to a Japanese study published in the Journal of Clinical Biochemistry and Nutrition.
Green tea

Protein powder
According to research from The University of Missouri and Purdue University, ingesting protein helped obese and overweight people feel more full, thereby controlling their appetities in the evenings. The study was also supported in Obesity, a peer-reviewed journal.

Goji berries
A fruit you’ve never heard of but need to try, goji berries are low in both calories and sugar.
