I've worked with quite a few psychologists in the past, and Chris is by far the best. It was required by Dr. Urrea that I see a therapist in order to keep my medication management appointments, so I began seeing her somewhat unwillingly and doubted that she would be helpful. I was totally wrong. She is the most perceptive person I have ever met, and it makes her great at her job. She's not afraid to be blunt when it's necessary, but understands when something needs to be a bit sugarcoated for you to understand and accept what she's trying to say. I highly recommend her.
