Incredibly rude, condescending, unprofessional, condescending, inappropriate.

She is rude, judgemental and condescending. Has no empathy or professionalism at all. Went to see her for a consultation. Was very apprehensive already and to have her talk down to me like I'm some dumb idiot made me left feeling like I wasted my time with the wrong doctor.

Great GP. It took me a few doctors before finding Zille, I hope I can continue to have her as my doctor!

Answered the phone and asked how she could help me after she was in fact the one who asked me to make an urgent appointment for test results.
Very rude and judgemental when giving me my test results and did not provide any information on treatment, follow up or medication. If I hadn’t have asked any questions I’m not even sure she would’ve told me anything other than the diagnosis.

Zille Shehzad punctured my womb and inserted an IUD into my abdomen. When I told her I could feel pain on my left side above my womb she said "You're very sensitive, aren't you? It's just your nerve endings". 7 days of pain later and an emergency surgery to remove the IUD and I definitely don't recommend this GP to anyone!

Quite a rude doctor. Tells you she doesn’t believe you (“I don’t believe you” & “you’re confusing me”) when responding to patient debriefing on issues.

In the 10 years I've lived here I've had 4 doctors prior to meeting Dr Shehzad and I have found her to being the best of them all. She is very approachable, genuinely cares for her patients and doesn't treat them like a number, knowledgable in terms of women's health and various other medical or health issues and expresses her professionalism through the way she interacts and communicates truthful information to her clients.
I've also moved homes afew times but no matter how near or far I relocate, I've always stuck with Dr.Shehzad for these very reasons.
