He is pleasant, not rushed, really listened.
Takes your pain seriously, doesn’t brush it off and say it’s in your head.

This was my second surgery ever, and with little knowledge how it all works, my experience with Dr. Krummenacher could not have been better. He met me within hours of the incident, and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I could tell he genuinely cared and answered all my questions. He ordered a MRI, and called me back 30 minutes later informing me that I needed surgery and that he had an opening the following day. So within 30hrs after getting hurt i was alreqdy in Recovery from surgery. And the team that assisted where excellent, had me laughing 5 minutes before I went under. It's been almost 4 months and with a few minor aches which I completely expected with the way I use my arm, I couldn't be happier with Dr. K. It wouldn't take anyone more than 5 minutes sitting down with him, to know this guy really care about your health and well-being.

I was treated for nearly 2 months for a fracture by Dr. Krummenacher. After an extremely unprofessional appointment, I chose to seek out a second opinion. The surgeon I saw for my second opinion was very thorough in his exam testing my range of motion and using live x-ray to get a more accurate image of what was going on. He immediately noticed one of the problems I was having without my having to mention it to him and was able to provide help in correcting it-the same issue I tried several times to discuss with Dr. Krummenacher but was dismissed and told there was nothing wrong. In looking at the xrays that were done in Dr. Krummenacher's office, the other doctor did not agree that there was ever a fracture to begin with, but rather a bad sprain. The rest of the staff I encountered at Motion Orthopedics was very nice and professional, however, because of my experience with Dr. Krummenacher I would not feel confident referring anyone to their office.

All of the staff has been courteous. When I had concerns after hours the physician on call was caring and helpful. On my first after surgery visit the nurse who gave instructions did not seem to want to answer all my questions, but when the doctor came back in he was very positive and took the time to answer my questions fully.
