Horribly arrogant and condescending attitude. If you must find a new physician at Mango Clinic, make sure to pick anyone else but him.

Never gives a diagnosis, always sends patients to lab tests or refers out. Cannot schedule in person visits thru the MOAs even for baby milestone checkups; the MOA arranges one virtual appointment with Dr and then the Dr books you in. Is that so you can billed twice??

Sent you to a blood test but never follow up. Nobody contact you for the result. You have to make appointment and wait for 2 weeks to have further check. Then still no one will contact you.

We have him as our family doctor and he has been helpful, especially towards my parents. He answers their questions patiently and mine as well. He is excellent.

Dr. Lin is extremely caring and takes care of his patients the way a doctor should. I've been seeing him for a few years now and have seen him for various issues. He never pushes medication unless it is actually helpful/necessary and is always quick to suggest additional testing or a referral to a specialist to ensure your illness is taken care of correctly. He really wants you to get better, not just prescribe medications to put a bandaid on the issue. He takes detailed notes to keep track of your condition that he can refer back to when seeing you again and is very organized. One of the best things about his clinic is that I've never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes for my appointment. The staff can come off a little disinterested but they're always helpful and do their job well.

This Dr. is just a glorified pharmacist, who takes every opportunity to refer you to someone else without even doing the most basic investigation of your illness. His staff called me in for a follow up 2 mths after my 1st appointment regarding high blood pressure (the Dr. did not inform me at the 1st meeting that my BP was high). I asked the staff if she could make an appointment for my husband on the same day as my appointment and it didn't have to be at he same time. She said she booked directly after so we can go in together. He didn't bother to educate me about the issue, but gave me the choice to start medication or wait a few months. I had to ask the Dr. to investigate my cholesterol because Google said the cholesterol could play a role in High Blood Pressure. Since I was going to do blood work I asked if I could get my blood type checked as well. He sharply said "We can't do that", I told him I can request blood typing and pay for it myself as I am aware that it is not a covered service. He then agreed and added the DNA testing (blood typing) to my requisition. If I did not know my rights this Dr would have just refused. My husband had the flew 2 mnths prior and was still suffering from a severe cough and suddenly fell ill again and the cough got worse again, so we asked the Dr about it and he did no investigations, no temperature, no BP, no listening to my husbands chest, no investigation what so ever. All the Dr did was refer him back to the lung specialist as my husband had seen one 1.5 yrs ago. Lastly my husband wanted to request a prescription for an anti-biotic creme that he had used before (a creme our previous Dr prescribed). Dr. Lin however, refused and said he doesn't have time and told my husband to make another appointment. He also implied that he could use Polisporin which is not the same type of anti-biotic an not as effective and said again "I don't have time, there are 8 people waiting for me, bye". This Dr. spent little over 10 minutes with 2 patients and then refused to provide a simple prescription for my husband and insisted that he come back another time. His time is more important than his patients, my husband had to move a lot work around to be able to come in in the first place, and then to have the Dr not care to do his job and basically kick us out of his office. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

Dr. Lin is an amazing doctor with my mom's care. He deserves 5/5. But not the staff. Recently she was in to see him regarding a chest x-ray that came back abnormal. My mom was quite frazzled and nervous due to this and was waiting to get a hold of her family as she needed to be admitted in to the ER. The staff at the front desk treated her like she was a walking virus, ordering her to go back in to the room, telling her that the masks that were given to her for protection was meant to be paid for and not handed out for free, and did not want to come near her after she asked to use the phone. This kind of service is unacceptable as this made my mom extremely nervous and scared. During times like this the front line staff should be compassionate and understanding, not treating my mother like a walking virus that's ready to explode at any minute.

Dr Lin is a great doctor. He’s friendly, very caring, patients and great with children’s. However, the receptionist attitude can be worked on. Other than that dr billy Lin is awesome. Super bless to have found him. Hope he can stay a G.P/family doctor forever to take care of our family medical needs.
